How does TherapyMantra reduce a client's benefits spend?
When employees can reach a counsellor quickly and easily, small issues are resolved before they escalate into psychiatric admissions, long disability leaves or repeated clinic visits. We measure avoided claims alongside absence and turnover, so the return is documented — not estimated.
Both options work. Many brokers keep us alongside a carrier EFAP sitting at two to four per cent utilization, since our matching and outreach typically drive engagement several times higher. If a program is clearly failing, we can take it over entirely at renewal.
We offer standard commission arrangements as well as fixed referral fees, structured to meet the disclosure requirements of your province. Everything is put in writing before any client introduction happens.
Organizations between 500 and 5,000 employees are typically up and running within three to four weeks — that covers member communications, single sign-on where needed, and manager briefings.
Anywhere from 100 employees to national workforces beyond 50,000. Because pricing is per employee per month, smaller plan sponsors access the same clinical network as our largest clients.
It sits ahead of both. Provincial plans rarely cover psychotherapy, and paramedical limits are exhausted quickly. Early intervention is precisely what protects the claims experience your underwriter uses to set rates.
