How quickly can a plan go live?
Most partners are live within 30 days of signing. Data integration, clinician staffing and bilingual member communications all run in parallel inside that window.
Which measures do you actually move?
We report on follow-up after hospitalisation and after emergency department visits for mental health and substance use, antidepressant medication adherence, initiation and engagement of treatment, and depression screening with documented follow-up.
How is savings attribution calculated?
A matched-cohort analysis on your own claims feed compares engaged members against a risk-adjusted control group. Your actuary reviews the methodology before the first report is issued.
Is the programme entirely virtual?
Virtual first, with clear referral pathways into in-person and higher-acuity provincial services whenever clinical criteria call for it.
Do you support service in French?

Where is member data stored?
